You can request permanent deletion of your account and its related data from inside the app at any time.
Steps to delete your account
- 1Log in to your account in the app.
- 2Open the "Account" page, then go to the "Support and policies" section.
- 3Tap "Delete account" and follow the two confirmation steps.
- 4After the final confirmation, your account is deleted immediately and you are signed out automatically.
What gets deleted
Deletion includes the user account, profile, subscription and loyalty points, scale results and personality analysis, problem maps, sessions and questions, notifications and messages, and daily interaction history.
What may be retained
Some financial or administrative records may be kept only to the minimum extent required by law, without any unnecessary identifying data.
